[Training] 2026 First-Half Communication Workshop

Gomotec Co., Ltd. conducted its 2026 first-half communication activation training to promote effective communication among employees and foster a positive organizational culture.

Under the theme of “Designing a Positive Organizational Culture Based on Psychological Safety”, the program combined a theoretical session on the importance of trust and communication within organizations with interactive activities that allowed participants to experience these concepts firsthand.

Through a variety of games and team-based activities, participants were encouraged to collaborate, strengthen mutual understanding, and experience the importance of communication and teamwork firsthand.

Although the atmosphere was initially a little unfamiliar, participants became increasingly engaged as the program progressed and actively took part in the various activities. The team missions highlighted the importance of encouragement, cooperation, and mutual support, offering a valuable opportunity to experience the meaning of a healthy organizational culture firsthand.

Gomotec will continue to grow together through open communication and a positive workplace culture.
