1. Items Collected and Purpose of Collection The Company collects the minimum amount of information necessary to provide valve catalogs, facilitate domestic/overseas sales consultations, and respond to website customer support (Contact Us) inquiries.

• Items Collected: Company Name, Name, E-mail, Contact Number, Country
• Purpose of Collection: Sending catalogs, managing download history, identifying and responding to customer inquiries, and (only upon optional consent) product promotion and technical sales.

2. Retention and Usage Period In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and usage is achieved. However, data is retained for the following periods for download history management and customer response:

• General Collected Data: 1 year from the date of collection.
• Marketing Consent Data: Until the customer withdraws consent or the business purpose is achieved.

3. Procedures and Methods of Destruction Personal information for which the retention period (1 year) has expired is immediately destroyed using methods that prevent restoration.

• Destruction Targets: Name, E-mail, Contact Number
• Destruction Method: Information stored in the system (DB) is masked so that individuals cannot be identified, and inquiry information received via e-mail is permanently deleted from the e-mail server.
• Retained Items: ‘Company Name’ and ‘Country’ information may be retained in a form that cannot identify individuals for corporate statistical management.

4. User Rights Users may request to view, correct, or delete their personal information or withdraw marketing consent at any time. Upon request, the Company will take immediate action.
